"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to return my order, it was straightforward. Reading between the lines, I was expecting a bit of back-and-forth, but there wasn’t any. The return was easy, and my refund showed up quicker than I thought it would.

I’ve ordered from Bash Fashion a few times now, i’ve been really happy with them. Most of the things I wanted were actually in stock, which feels so rare these days, and they had normal sizes available too, not just the random leftovers. It made the whole shopping experience so much easier and way less frustrating. I’ll definitely be ordering again, and it’s such a relief to find a place that doesn’t make shopping feel like a fight

My order arrived very well packed, honestly. There were no dents, no messy parts, and everything looked properly taken care of. The clothes were folded neatly, and the bag felt sturdy too. It gave a good impression overall, so yeah, I’d be happy to order again.

I ordered a jacket from here. Wasn’t sure about the fit at first, but yeah, it actually fits really nicely. Looks good too. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. It showed up fine in the end, so overall I’m happy with it

"Nice quality overall"
Nice. The material feels really good and it seems well made overall. I did notice the stitching is a bit uneven in a couple spots, so it’s not perfect, but I’m still happy with it.

"Good prices for what I got"
I thought the prices was fair for what I ordered. Delivery was okay too, not super fast but not a problem. The quality were actually better than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. It’s not perfect, but overall I’d say it’s good value

I ordered a dress and a top, and the sizing wasn’t totally consistent for me. The dress was pretty much what I expected from the size guide, but the top felt smaller, especially around the arms.

It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just a bit hard to judge. Not sure if it was the cut or maybe just that item, but I’d probably order again and maybe go up a size next time

Payment went through without any trouble, and the whole checkout was quick and straightforward. The confirmation showed up fast too. i appreciate when a company keeps the payment part clear instead of making it confusing or sneaky. No issues with my card or anything like that

I ordered from bashfashion.co.uk and the tracking was really accurate. It updated at every step, and the parcel actually arrived on the day it said it would, which doesn’t always happen... No guessing, no chasing it around, just straightforward. I was happy with it, really

"Super fast delivery"
I ordered from Bashfashion and was surprised. It arrived way quicker than I expected. I placed the order in the afternoon. A couple of days later, it was at my door. Everything was packed well. I got updates along the way too. No stress at all. I’d order from them again...

Customer service did get back to me, but it actually took about two days. The help was okay in the end, just not as quick as I expected.
